The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service. This role involves assisting clients with their insurance needs, managing inquiries, supporting claims, and ensuring a positive customer experience. QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must obtain a valid Property & Casualty insurance license within 90 days of hire.
  • Life and Health insurance license preferred; if not currently licensed, must obtain within 180 days.
  • Previous experience in insurance or financial services preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused, empathetic, and a collaborative team player.
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
