"I have been with Larry Poole for decades. I like that he and his staff keep in touch to notify me of policy changes and to make sure my insurance needs follow my personal life changes (because, like most people, I just never think of insurance until I need to file a claim.) They are friendly and helpful. I had trouble uploading photos for a claim I made on my patio and they went far and beyond to help me and called me back to make sure everything was okay. You want an insurance agent that treats you with the personal touch instead of just being a number. That's Larry Poole and his staff."
