"Sherry was a Huge help. I ran across an old life insurance policy that ends in 2028. I couldn’t find all the pay. They don’t sell this policy anymore. I told her I wasn’t in a hurry, just trying to remind myself of details. She called me back within 30 minutes, and before long, all of my questions were answered. I’ve used Larry Poole State Farm for over 35 years, and it’s because of their service."

"Had a big "ding" in my drivers sight(8/2) that needed to be fixed quickly to avoid larger crack and windshield expense. Camille with the Larry Poole SF Agency in Bossier City connected me and my chosen glass professional to State Farm claim service and repair moved forward quickly with no insurance problems. Camille assured me thru State Farm that I was on my way with "ding" fixed in less than an hour--great customer service Camille! And State Farm too! Thank you!"
